Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Chomu Bagh, a boutique heritage stay located near Jaipur, Rajasthan. By making a booking or visiting our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your stay or event.

1] General Information

● Chomu Bagh is a privately owned property offering 12 superior deluxe rooms, curated farm-to-table experiences, and local cultural activities.

● The property is managed by Ret. Col. Th. Jitendra Singh Nathawat & his Family.

● All guests must present valid ID proof at check-in (Passport, Aadhaar, or Driver’s License). Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

2] Check-in & Check-out

● Check-in time: 2:00 PM

● Check-out time: 11:00 AM

● Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3] Booking Policy

● Reservations can be made through our website, verified booking platforms, or directly via phone/email.

● A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful payment.

● Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information.

4] Payment Terms

● A 50% advance is required at the time of booking to confirm your stay or event.

● The balance must be paid at least 7 days before arrival. For last-minute bookings, 100% advance payment is required.

● Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or approved online payment gateways.

5] Group Bookings & Events

● Customized packages are available for weddings, retreats, and private events.

● Events must be pre-approved and planned in coordination with our management team.

● A security deposit may be required for large gatherings or exclusive property bookings.

6] House Rules

● Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.

● Outside food and beverages are not allowed unless pre-approved.

● Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.

● Guests are expected to respect the privacy, decorum, and heritage nature of the property.

● Damage to property, linen, or furniture may be charged to the guest.

7] Experiences & Facilities

● Experiences like jeep safaris, folk performances, cooking classes, and guided treks must be booked in advance.

● Participation in activities is at the guest’s own risk. We are not liable for injuries, delays, or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances or weather.

8] Liability

● Chomu Bagh is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

● We are not liable for any injury, illness, or accidents that occur during your stay or while participating in activities.

● Guests are responsible for their personal safety and behavior on the premises.

9] Privacy Policy

● Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal data.


Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking:

For Individual Stays:

● More than 14 days before check-in: 90% refund of the advance paid.

● Between 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the advance paid.

● Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: No refund.

For Group Bookings / Events / Retreats:

● More than 30 days before the event: 80% refund of the advance paid.

● Between 15–30 days before the event: 50% refund of the advance paid.

● Less than 15 days before the event: No refund.

Changes or Modifications:

● Date modifications are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.

● One-time date rescheduling is allowed free of charge if requested more than 14 days in advance.

Refund Process:

● Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

● Payment gateway or bank transfer charges are non-refundable.

Force Majeure:

● In case of natural calamities, political unrest, or government restrictions, refunds or date changes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
